Red Malaysian

Description

When kratom was decriminalized in Thailand and Malaysia last year, we made it a mission to obtain kratom that was grown in both Malaysian and Thailand. We have achieved that goal and I am not aware of any other providers in USA with true Malaysian and Thai.

This Red Malaysian follows a centuries old process. The most healthy Red Vein leaf is sorted and then dried for twice as long as typical Malaysian. This Red Malaysian undergoes a very slight fermentation process to alter the profile only lasting one day where as a typical red can be fermented 3-5 days. This maintains mit% while boosting 7ohm%.  Wild Indonesian leaf is typically red vein, while Malaysian leaf is more fibrous and has green and white veins. During maturity, the vein can turn red. This Red Malay uses mature leaf with red vein and is very limited.

The grind is more natural and like all my true Malaysian strains, fine but a mildly rougher grind, but not powder fine like many of my Indonesian strains. Very happy to be offering these new phenotypes of wild grown kratom.
